How much does the shipping cost?

USA / Canada: 23,00 USD
Rest of the World: 29,00 USD

Any orders above 200 USD shipped FREE.

How do I track my order?

Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email, click 'Track Package' and see the status of your delivery. It may take 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

How long does it take to get my order?

When we receive your order, it will be processed immediately by our warehouse and will be shipped within the next 24 hours. You'll get a notification of the shipment's details alongside with a tracking number.

Our shipper of choice is DHL Express.

  • Europe: 1-3 days in transit.
  • North America: 2-5 days in transit.
  • Asia: 3-6 days in transit
  • Australia/New Zealand: 3-7 days in transit.

What currency are your prices charged in?

All products are charged with US dollars (US$)

Any refunds that you may receive will be also in US dollars , due to limitations and regulations by bank and credit card processing companies.

What is the import costs involved in shipping to my country?

Customers are responsible for any taxes and duties that may occur while shipping to their countries.

Please note the following:

Orders to the EU under €150 are not liable for duties (only tax is payable).

Orders to the USA under $800 are not liable for duties (only tax is payable).

Taxes, duties and shipping costs are not refundable.

How do I return an item?

For a seamless return process, start by accessing your account through the provided link. On the orders page, indicate the items you wish to return. Upon receiving your request, we will promptly notify you with all the necessary details related to your return.

Do I need to pay for the return?

Unfortunately we cannot offer return labels.

In order to process your return, please note that you will be responsible for covering the costs of shipping. You can use your shipper of choice.

Just a reminder that we are unable to reimburse you for the original shipping cost of your order.

My package seems to be lost or missing items?

Should you have any concerns about your order being lost or undelivered after the expected delivery date, we urge you to immediately reach out to us for assistance.

Make sure to carefully examine your package and its contents before signing for your order with the shipping carrier.

If the package is correctly delivered to the specified shipping address, we are not accountable for any lost or stolen shipments.

I got the wrong size/product?

If you happen to receive incorrect sizes or different items by mistake, please make a note of the following recommendations:

If you receive an item that is the wrong size or a different item, kindly reach out to us at support@begonville.co. Please provide clear photos and detailed information about the issue. We will be happy to arrange a new order for you at no cost.

Should you have excess items that have been sent to us, there is no need to return them. Don't stress about returning any surplus items. We've got you covered!
